Came here for dim sum and to meet up with friends. There were on three of us so we did not order plenty of food. This restaurant gets quite busy, we were seated promptly but noticed there was a line after we started looking over the menu. There is outdoor and indoor seating and plenty of parking spaces. Once we ordered from a paper menu the dishes came out hot and timely. The dim sum quality was equal to similar dim sum restaurants. The service was friendly, the indoor seating has several large tables for families. It's a good place to enjoy a meal with family and friends.

Big dim sum fan here. When my friend told me that this place was the best dim sum place in this San Jose area, I knew that I needed to check this place out. Let me tell you now.. what he said is all true. This place to me, is officially the best dim sum place in this South Bay Area. Almost everything was perfect here. I would have to say that.my three favorite things I had here were the pan friend chives dumpling, salt and pepper fried sea bass, and the egg tart. Don't get me wrong the typical popular dim sums were still very excellent like the sui mai, har gow, and shrimp pancake, but the previous three were exceptional. They put some of the juiciest prawns in the pan-fried chives dumpling. The salt and pepper sea bass was crunch and the fatness of the fish was so good!!! The egg tart was some of the best egg tart I had, usually when I open up an egg tart it's so messy, but sifu wings egg tart perfectly split down the middle without and jags or messiness. Never seen that from any other egg tarts. Maybe I got lucky. The shaolong bao did have holes at the bottom, so a lot of the soup was leaked out, that would be the only ding, but everything else was just chefs . Congrats Sifu Wonf you are officially now my go to dim sum place for dine ins and pick ups.

Delicious. I can't wait to come back here. I came here two Saturdays in a row because it was that good. When I moved to the Bay Area, I was expecting the dimsum scene to be really good. But alas, I was only met with bad frozen quality dimsum or mediocre service with a mandatory 18% tip at other dimsum establishments... until I had Sifu Wong Kitchen. It's always busy here on a weekend but service is still highly efficient. Most servers speak both Chinese and English, making it easy to communicate. While busy, service is still attentive and helpful. Not over-the-top friendly, but not wasting my time either -- I love it. The ambiance here is a bit loud, but not too loud that you cannot hear other people at your table. I've been to dimsum restaurants that are way louder for no good reason. This is just fine. As for the food, it was marvelous! Plenty of dimsum options, lunch options, and seasonal items to choose from. Each comes straight from the kitchen rather than on carts. I heard they used to have carts but changed after the pandemic. Regardless, I love that my food comes out extra fresh and hot from the kitchen. Lastly, I'm salivating as I am writing this review. I can't wait to come back here again with friends or family.

Went here on a Friday evening and finding parking was pretty easy since they have a parking lot. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly. The siu mai were really good - juicy pork and shrimp wrapped in soft dough, cooked just right. The soup dumplings were full of flavor, with soft skins, tasty meat, and broth all together. The shrimp rice rolls were definitely worth a try, with succulent shrimp wrapped in delicate rice sheets. Lastly, the black gold salty egg was very rich in flavor. The yolk filling inside was perfectly made with the right amount of saltiness and sweetness. Dim sum fans, give them a shot!

Really mixed feelings about this place given I do think their food is generally pretty solid and the service is great. One major drawback is the price - we felt like dishes were disproportionally expensive unless you come by for the lunch special and like those particular dishes (see lunch special menu!). Definitely recommend the Honey BBQ Rice Bowl. The food is generally good (with a few misses like their shrimp dumplings) but their egg tarts, and bbq pork especially are quite good. My family overall loves Cantonese food and dim sum but really didn't like the fact they paid almost $45 for a small bbq plate.

While not actually inside The Ramada Inn, Sifu Wong Kitchen's entrance is an annex off to the side where there is parking. With that said, if you use the restroom, you have to go inside the hotel. Here's what my party of two had: Tea: Combo Chrysanthemum+Pu Erh BBQ Pork Bun - the meat was flavorful Taro Bun - fluffy bun has the cookie topping Chiu Chou Deep Fried Prawn Rolls - think fried prawn egg roll, sliced, and fried again Lychee Shrimp Ball - unique presentation and there's lychee inside Siu Mai - has fish eggs on top Truffle Scallop Dumpling - grated dried black truffle on top with a gold accent BBQ Pork Sandwich - instead of a white bun, the sandwich is black with a gold accent Stir-fried pea shoots - great texture and flavor Due to my friend's health, we ate outside under a canopy to avoid the rain. Because we were understandably the only customers outside, service was a bit sluggish at times. Otherwise, I truly enjoyed everything I ate and look forward to returning.
